2024-current. Community led habitat restoration! Collection and propagation workshops of wild native plants at the Cosumnes River Preserve. Funded by the Bureau of Land Management and The Nature Conservancy.
This project was part of Sacramento's annual Chalk It Up Festival. It was created in a central pathway of the park where the event was being held. The message "MIND THE GLACIERS" was an invitation for people to interact with the melting glaciers, by being aware of them, and either avoiding them or stepping on them. Data was taken as part of the project, but the results were not optimistically successful enough to share.
